I don't travel to WDW alone, although I would, but I sometimes eat by myself since my traveling companion (my sister) often tires long before I do. I have extra Disney Energy and have outpaced every person I've ever gone to WDW with.
At any rate, I've eaten at CS and TS places by myself and feel totally comfortable doing so. I've never eaten at a lounge although I have eaten at the bar area at Yak & Yeti, which is a first-come, first-serve area. It worked for me since I didn't want to wait for a table, but, really, I would've preferred being at a table.
At Epcot, I've dined solo at Nine Dragons several times. One of the things I love about ND is that you really do not need an ADR there and there's rarely a wait for a table.
At any rate, OP, have a great time and don't feel awkward about dining alone.
