I'll be doing my first solo trip next month to WDW. Felling a little funny making ressies for one, but I'll never see any of these people again!!
Plans I have so far are staying at Saratoga Springs from april 15-18th. First night i either plan on going SCUBA diving at EPCOT or just relax and eat at Top Of the World lounge. If I eat at the lounge I'll spend the night over at MK to watch the fireworks and do some rides.
Saturday I plan on fishing in the morning then hitting the studios, followed by dinner on the Boardwalk at Trattoria al Forno.
Sunday is my big day with the 1/2 marathon in the morning followed by a little nap at my room. The afternoon might be a hidden Mickey hunt at the resorts. At night I am eating at Rose and Crown followed by a drink around the world!! More like a drink at a country or two, but I'll visit each one!!

Sounds like a great plan. I have eaten at most of those plus a few others solo and have enjoyed them. Have a great time.

Enjoy! Don't worry about the ADR thing - if anyone has an issue with you being solo (though on race weekends there are almost always a lot more solos running around - figuratively and literally), that is THEIR problem and says a lot more about them than you.

One word of advice for race morning - if you're using race transportation, aim to be on the first bus from SSR. That is one that has been pretty notorious for having issues after the first set. The marathon weekend my parents came down and we stayed there because for some reason my dad loves it, I made sure I was at the pick-up location by 2:45 so as not to miss the first bus. If you're driving yourself, I'd still be prepared to leave early because the race traffic DOES get heavy - even my CM sister who was driving herself to spectate and a friend to run the half in 2011 and figured they'd be safe because they knew back ways ended up caught and our friend had to run to the corral in order to make the start.

Very good tip , thanks for sharing Dug720
