The dark rides like "Snow Whites Scary Adventure", "Pinnochio", "Mr. Toads Wild Ride", actually, all the dark rides were scary even for me! Very loud with sharp twists and scary images in the dark! She might enjoy the carousel, IASW, and the "Storyland Canal" boats. Toon town may be best. There are a lot of areas that aren't rides, but more like little playgrounds where she can play and walk through Mickey's house, Goofy's house, etc. Also the Bug's Land in DCA is great for little ones.
