I dare not use my real screen name for risk of being banned and I have so enjoyed the friendships I have made on here. But I feel I have to say something as aspects of this thread have bothered me.
Were the comments made during the podcast racial in nature and offensive to some people?
Are the PodCast crew mean natured and meant to cause harm by the jokes?
Will I still listen the Podcasts again?
The part that disappoints me the most is the stance that some people took on this board after the OP made their comments. There were people calling them names and being downright rude to them even though they had never even heard the podcast in question. People in one breath were saying that the Podcast crew had the Constitutional right to speak freely on this topic but were reprimanding the "offended" folks for exercising this same right. You can't have it both ways. "If you don't like what they have to say, close the thread."
Exchanges like this (and the attempt to bury it with pie talk) take a little bit of the magic out of the DISing experience for me and that makes me sad. Please let's all be tolerant of each other regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, or sensitivity level. Remember that DIS stands for DISney and not DISrespectful. Take care everyone!

Yes and we should all recognize that and not condemn people for having that opinion.

My gut tells me no. I believe they were joking around and the humor just went down a certain road.
Will I still listen the Podcasts again?
ABSOLUTELY! Even though I was a little shocked byt the comments and felt it was very out of character for them (from what little I know about them) I felt this was the exception and not the norm.
