First place points higher for fireworks!

I just won first place in fireworks and I got 750 points for the win and I think it was 500 or 600 points for reaching the fifth level!

They increased the losing credits too. 2,000 for beating 240k and not winning.

I have yet to reach 240,000-last night I got 238,899. I can get over 200,000 and that usualy nets me 650 credits-350 for being over 200,000 and 300 for reaching first level.

Have they upped the credits for this as well?

If I ever get logged on I might find out LOL!

Second place win with over 240,000 equals 2600 - 2000 for non-win over 240,000 and 600 credits for reaching level 5.

First place is 750 for the win and 600 for reaching level 5.

I played last night and decided not to stop at 240,000 like everyone else does, just to see what I would get for points. I won another magic pin! Sometimes it's okay to be first, even though the credits aren't as good as second place.

I hope the extra credits aren't today only. I have to go spend time with my family later, and I've spent a huge chunk of my credits lately.

Yes, they increased this too.

It's 600 for reaching level 5 and 750 for reaching 200,000.

Hmmm... I got messages saying I had earned 2000 credits and 600 credits but only 600 were added to my account. Anyone else have this problem? I know I only got 600 credits because I started with 450 credits and was playing fireworks so I could buy a hat or more. I was only able to buy one hat.

Does anyone know if these points are staying? I am hoping they are because that would be really nice, but I have a feeling that it was just for the 4th.

I'm having a pirate hat quest flashback here. My fireworks score that would normally get me within fifth place ranking now puts me at 17th place because everybody is playing to get the extra points. I can't even make it past the first round to get any credits...

so when you think about it, playing the game multiple times with the usual scores would probably get you the same amount of credits as trying to score to get any credits at all with this many people playing today, even if they are twice as much as usual.

I'm not going to get bent out of shape about it though. The new hat and pin are still a nice holiday bonus and they weren't very hard to get.
