Well, that's pretty stupid. This is a check issued in 2011 for work done in 2011, right? But the employee SS discount was originally for the entire 2011 calendar year.Dh talked to the boss today. he didn't get paid until the 3rd. I was assuming it was for 2012. As I mentioned before DH forgets to email the paystub home so I never see it. I only see the direct deposit in the bank account.

That decrease in withholding has been extended for at least 2 more months before congress votes again.
