First Package Question

I have just booked my first package and have a question for the experts. I booked a six night 7 day package, but the document sent to me says a 6 day park hopper. Is that how it is supposed to be? If this is an error, will they charge me a fee to correct it? :confused3 I originally had a departing flight that left at 7:00a.m. on our 7th day but have rebooked for a 6:00 p.m. flight. Would that have made a difference in the tickets? I usually book a room only and buy my tickets separately, so this package stuff is new to me, but I wanted the dining plan. Thanks for your advice!:flower3:

your tickets can be any length and options, they just have to be the same for everyone. so figure out what length you really need and then get it corrected.

Would this constitute a change in my package though? I wasn't really paying attention as she read off the list of charges for changes to the package.

It's not really an "error" on anyone's part - unless you tell them differently, they assume that you will need tickets for the same number of days as nights you stay. You can edit your ticket choice - for example, when I booked our Free Dining package, I only wanted 1-day base tickets because we have FL resident seasonal passes, and that lowered our package cost considerably. If you want 7-day hoppers, you can upgrade them on check-in for just a couple of dollars each. You could also do it at any of the ticket booths or call and make the change to your reservation and pay in advance. It will affect your cost, but minimally.

Have a great trip!

This happened to us, also. Our agent assumed (as is customary) that we wanted 7 day MYW tickets for our 8 day vacation. I called her to change the tickets, since I KNOW that we'll be at the parks every day. The total for the two of us was $4.36 to add the 8th day.

That's great to hear! I knew the difference between the 6th and 7th days were minimal, but I wasn't sure how to best change it. So I guess I'll just wait and do it when we get there. Thanks Dis friends.:goodvibes
