Our Arrival day is a pool day. We want to go to dinner. Should we do ohana and see fireworks after from beach or Hoop de doo. Kids are 5, 9. Staying at WL.

You could do the 6:00 pm Hoop dee doo show and then explore some of Ft Wilderness for a while and catch the boat back over to the MK and take the monorail to the TTC and watch from there and head back to your resort after the fireworks.
