I am trying to remember, but I think I just had a Canon Rebel back then. I used a 16-35mm lens most of the week. We're going again in June!

Edit: Oh I just looked! I had my Canon 50D then.

Well you will be a pro on your 2nd trip. We are foreign language challenged so I think we will stick to Disney sponsored excursions. I wish we were brave enough to venture out on our own like you all did...

We were amazed at how well we did with just English, but I completely understand wanting to stick with DCL excursions. Have so much fun!!

We're taking the Med cruise in August 2013. We were going to just swallow hard and pay for the DCL excursions, but your excellent report has given me the courage to go DIY. I'm combing through all the trip reports and info I can. Thanks!
