It looks good so far. I think this castle is going to look the most similar to Hogwarts at Islands of Adventure. It's going to be miniature, elevated, and even have the snowy roof.

Yeah, it's interesting to me how the plans changed from the first ones without snow, then WWOHP opens and the new FL plans have snow.

What is the timeline for the expansion? We visit WDW about once every 3 years. We last visited in June 2009 so we won't go back until June 2012. Is this scheduled to be done then?

Hard to tell without seeing it in person (and incomplete to boot), but it looks from the photos like it's a little on the small side... not quite big enough for even the forced perspective to work, although hopefully when everything else is in place the illusion will be complete.
