We are going to WDW for the first time 4/5-4/10.We is me,DH ,DS9,DS7,DD6,DD1.Also going is my MIL, FIL,BIL,SIL,DN8,DN7(don't know if I did that right)

I tried to plan but not over plan bec. of large group.We are going to try to hit popular rides/attractions early.Are arrival times early enough? Is Con. STeak. worth money? I was trying to find something convenient to cruise.Someone said EPCOT wasn't fun for kids.Whole day?

I think you did fine!!

The only unsolicited advice I would give you is: when traveling with such a large group, be prepared for some differing opinions. In fact, when we go with a group that size we often will split up for a while. Some people might want to ride Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, R&RC three times in a row, others might want to go on to do something else. Some might want to go back to the pool, and some might want to stay at the park. Just pick a time and place where you an regroup and continue the day.

Splitting up is great advice, trust me from experience. Don't try to make everyone happy, it's impossible. Make sure you do what you and your family want to do. It's a great place to be but it can get stressful if you let it. Good job on afternoon breaks, might wanna take one when you go to MK too.
Drink lots of water and have fun!
