First.impression Pops buses

Not great. Waiting for a Magic Kingdom bus. So far 3 Epcot 2 Animal Kingdom and 2 Disney Studios. No Magic Kingdom.

Wait now a Mk bus followed by a 4th Epcot. Hoping this isn't an indicator of whats to come. Because so far the Sports is miles ahead comparing last Oct to this Oct.

But what was your total wait? Watching bus after bus come by that aren't going where you are going is frustrating, for sure.

This has happened to me at one time or another at every resort I have stayed at. POFQ, BC, BWI. Sometimes the buses are messed up.

I agree that the number of buses coming for a particular locations is not really the concern for me. How long was the actual wait?

I have been at stops where I waited 15 minutes before my bus showed up, but 10 buses showed up during that time for every other location. I was fine with this since my bus showed up within 20 minutes.

I have also been at stops were at the 20 minute mark, when 20 buses had come and gone and a bus for my location had not shown up, I walked up to the driver of a different bus and asked that they check with dispatch.

Something I tend to do now, is just start the stopwatch on my phone so that I do not get myself worked up, plus I have notice of when I should be concerned.

Maybe you should look at it a different way. If you were going to any other park, you might think the bus service was fabulous.

It's been several years since I've been at POP but it was the best bus experience of any resort. Better than CBR and significantly better than either of my stays at Contemporary.

Perhaps things have changed but having a dedicated bus service is a nice feature of POP

FWIW, that sort of thing can happen at any resort. For me, the absolute worst for what you're describing has been AKL.

I really really hate the buses. That's why we rent cars and use them instead (even to MK, because even if it's convenient to bus in in the morning, I want that car at night).

But last October, were you waiting at the All Stars at the exact same time for the exact same park?

The next 2 buses have been much better! Left MK around 5 and a bus was waiting. On our way to Epcot now waited 3 minutes.

We had almost all excellent experiences with the bus service at Pop. Glad it got better for you!
