First hand experience of castle club anyone????

Hello there

I would LOVE to hear any experiences of castle club as we have just parted with a large amount of money to book a stay there at the start of July.

We are going for luxury as i'll be six months pregnant at the time.

We have stayed at the DH before and loved it, but im keen to know the differences.

I have checked out various sites and the DH thread but real facts seem few and far between!

Hi Kirstie,

We have been in the Castle Club twice and loved it both times.

It starts when you arrive and get your first trip in the private lift up to the third floor Castle Club check in desk where you sit down and check in . You get a welcome pack with Hotel info, park maps, VIP fastpasses, park tickets, room keys etc. The staff enquire if you would like any help choosing restaurants or making reservations then you are shown to your room. your luggage is usually five minutes behind you. If it's your first stay in Castle Club you will be shown the lounge on the way to your room were breakfast and afternoon tea are served. hot / soft drinks are free in the lounge you only pay for alcohol. You are then free to take th
e private lift down to the park , you need a Castle club room key to call this lift and it takes you straight down to the turnstiles to enter the park.

You usually get surprises in your room see trip report !!

The main benefits are dedicated staff who we have found to be excellent in every respect. the private breakfast is the best for a quick start in the morning and the visits to the third floor by the characters are not to be missed.

Are the rooms much different to the standard ones?

Standard rooms are the same, most have a balcony. The bigger rooms are classed as suites and cost more ie. The Tinkerbell suites which there are 4 of cost from I think 900 € per night.
