The first car that I owned was a 1987 Honda CRX (HF) Silver/Dark Grey. Mine was the fuel efficient model.

DH had a black one except his was the SI (I think those are the right letters). His was the suped-up model.

I remember, in high school, if there was an empty parking space next to him, I would park there. We weren't together back then but I was kinda hoping....

I have been changing all of my luggage out. I have been buying Dakine. On my trip earlier this month the lady who checked us in on our AA flight said they make the great luggage and bags. I was happy to hear that. Here are a few pictures of what I have.

My first car was a gunmetal grey 1982 Mazda 626. It was my parent's car, but I kind of took it over my senior year. I think I drove that until the gas gauge no longer worked...had to pay attention to the mileage to know when to fill up...the driver's side door wouldn't open from the outside...I finally got a new car in 1994. I moved into a 1992 Chevy Cavalier! It was a white sporty edition with no A/C...in the midwest. Sucked sucked sucked!!

My first car was a '75 Buick Century in poo brown. It was a lead sled. I drove it for only a few months. I could not affort to put gas in it on a college student's wages.

From there I went to a VW Beetle. Great car! It had no heat, the floor boards were rusting out and it would not start when ever it sat out in a heavy rain. I can't count the number of times I had to have that towed from school. I never got charged for towing. The owner of the tow truck knew my Father. He would bill my Dad and yell at him for letting his daughter drive such a piece of junk. The final nail in the coffin for the Bug was when I failed inspection. The State of NJ DMV felt that the front wheels were going to fall off and told me I had to have it repaired immediately or take it off the road. That's when I got the Camero.

I am just kicking myself right now for not naming my DD Heritage Stripe. I like this one much better than the Madison. Suppose if I leave the window open DH will get the hint???

My first car was a white 1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme coupe that my father handed down to me when I was a senior in high school - at the time, that was such a guido car and I fit the bill perfectly - big hair and all!!!

I then had a cute black BMW 318, and when I was 8 months pregnant w/my first dd, the car actually locked me INSIDE the car. The automatic locks wouldn't open and I had to drive myself to my mechanic so he could actually get the door off and get me out of the car - that was a fun day. Needless to say I got rid of that car right after that.

I passed along the thought that I wish we would have named our DD Heritage Stripe, and he told me he already bought my birthday present. I can guarantee it's not a Coach purse. He says he's had it awhile. Hmmmm, wonder if he got me something in WDW.

My first car was a Toyota Corolla. I only had it for about a week before my dad crashed it. Yes, I was 16 and my dad crashed my car. Probably the most interesting part is he was not driving the car when he crashed it. My second car was a Yello 240 Volvo. It was called the Yellow Submarine. I miss that car sometimes. Had to get rid of it because it was rusting away.
