Does anyone else argue with their significant other over the temp of the house? I try to be conservative in this area to save $$ (I'm the one paying the light bill after all). DH is constantly fiddling with the thermostat to crank up the heat. I keep it at 68*. He turns it up to 74 all the time. (Thank god he works during the day and is oblivious (mostly) at night.) As soon as I notice it's getting warm, I realize he's tampered with it and I turn it back down though. Anyway, it's 80* in here today. What do you think he's gonna try and do when he gets home from work? Yep. He's gonna ***** and moan and want to turn on the AC. I think not! (This laptop on my lap makes it feel like 90* in here!) It's suppose to get cold again by Wednesday night/ Thursday morning. He can stick it out. The other night he cranked the heat up to 85 and went to bed. What a *******. What did I do? I turned it down to 65 and continued watching my tv. :lmao:So, does anyone else have the same battle at home?

We here definately have differing opinions on the thermostat but it really does not get into arguments. What I say pretty much goes. 62 at 10pm and 67 at 6:30am. Back to 62 at 8:30am and 67 at 5pm. That's law. DW is always cold and it would need to be 80 to make her happy. I keep her stocked with all kinds of snuggly blankets. She knows how to stay warm.

I haven't posted all day...just not in the mood...lots of stuff happening that is not putting me in a good mood right now. I can't really elaborate right now. But just keep us in your thoughts if you don't mind...

Anywho...presentation and paper down...final exam to go! :thumbsup2

Thinking of you guys.

Yes DH and I have the same problem only reversed.
I like the temp at 74 no higher no lower.
DH wants it to be at 67-68.
To me that is cold.

67-68 is perfect! :thumbsup2

I find that in this house 74 is perfect.
Please keep in mind I live in a wood frame house that has siding, no brick.
Up until 5 years ago we didn't even have insulation in the walls.
Something we discovered 12 years ago when we started renovating this place.
Needless to say it has been a slow go.
We got more than we bargined for when we decide to do a few improvements to the place.
Then it became a matter of going according to the cash flow.
We also heated with wood up to about 3 years ago.
The wood was free for us, so that was an incentive when considering what we were dealing with. :rotfl2:
Now we just have some cosmetic this to do in every room.
I can't wait for the day it is complete.
When DH asks me what I want I usually say I want you to complete a room.
Not that I get it, but it is worth a try.:rotfl2:

I usually keep the thermostat set at 68 during the winter. 74-76 during the summer. Thankfully DP is always warm, so I don't need to worry about the temp being turned up.

Yep. That was one hellacious final. I have no idea how I did. I honestly don't care. Just give me a passing grade so that I can put this horrific class behind me. :scared1:

Anyone know how much this costs? And if you can purchase a CD of all the pictures once your cruise is over? :confused3 I know it wont link up to a photopass cd at WDW.

Also was wondering how much Bingo costs.....thanks!!!!

Does your "Key to the cruise card?? " have a limit like they do at WDW?

Just did the online check-in and hoping I have enough money for everything! And they don't make me walk the plank! :rotfl:

Congrats on 9,500 Brandie!!!!

Only 500 more to go until the big 10K!!!!!!

Well just thought I would say goodnight.
I have quite a bit of work to do tonight.
The delivery of our new couch has been moved up by 2 days.
It will be here tomorrow morning.
This is due to the fact that DH is having surgery on Thursday.
I can't believe we forgot about that when organizing the date for delivery.
However I will be very happy tomorrow night when I am sitting on the new couch doing my knitting. :) :)

I know Yvette and Emiel bought a photo package, they said it was PRICEY to say the least. I was wondering if the photographers on the ship are like the ones on land. Will they take your photo with your camera as well as theirs?

I don't think they'd make you walk the plank, but they might make you wash dishes in the Galley! pirate:

They have various packages of 8 x 10s and 6 x 8s. The 8x10s are $19.99 each I believe.

You cannot get a CD of all the pictures once the cruise is over. You can only buy pictures that are printed and you can't change sizes (unless this has changed recently).

I don't remember the cost for the Bingo cards, but I think it depends where they are with the jackpot. The final round does cost more. Your Key to the World card doesn't really have a limit, unless you are paying with cash. When you reach a certain amount, your credit card will automatically be charged.

They will take your photo with your camera if you want.
