Okay, going to a gun show tomorrow, what should I look to buy Paul?

I needed to butch up this thread a bit!! Too much pickle talk

This was the demo table at my last course. Everything from an old grease gun up to the new silenced MP-5. I've got video as well if you want to see it. :thumbsup2

Halo sights are great if you get a high quality one. Most companies sell them because they look cool, not because they work well. :thumbsup2

So is around 300 enough for a good one or are we talking the 600-700 dollar ones?

No pics of food. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give the food a 6. Nothing interesting. Would have given it a 5, but there was a chocolate fountain.

I'll have to take a pic of the shoes, they are red!

They really do vary in price. It all depends on if the seller is a shady character that's counting on the buyer being a novice. 300 should be plenty to spend if you're dealing with someone reputable. :thumbsup2

No, not old at all! This was an international sub-machine gun recognition and performance demo. Everything you see fires pistol ammo, for the most part. The only rifles there were of foreign manufacture. :thumbsup2 Except for the sniper systems you can kind of see behind the instructor. :santa:

This thread is becoming way too manly...we need to inject some femininity back into it!

Jen, we need pics of your shoes! :thumbsup2

Gimme a break!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: You girls rule this thread!!

Trying to find my pics, but April 2007 I went to Knob Creek Kentucky for the machine gun shoot...talk about gun heaven. It was like a museum of guns that you can actually shoot. I plopped down some cash to fire off a few rounds on the MG42. 50 rounds about 3 seconds....worth every penny.

I'm trying to dig up my photos...Also met R. Lee Emery at the NRA convention, some pretty awesome stuff there...

Did you get to fire off some rounds on any of those beauties?
