The last lady I talked to was a PITA. I should have probably called back but I ended up with what I wanted so all is good.

Sometimes things work out the way they are supposed to.

I have now started calling back if I get a rep I don't like. If I call member services and get a rep who is being a pain or doesn't seem to know their job, I tell them that someone is at the door and then hang up. Hoping that I'll get someone more helpful when I call back.

I hear ya. I like to rotate my stays at the DVC resorts. It gets a little stale for me if I stay at the same place every time. A friend of mine likes to always stay at the same place and eat at the exact same restaurants every time her family goes to WDW. Although I like to revisit my favorites, it's nice to try new things too.

I agree Kim. When I call MS to book I have a specific resort in mind. If I can't get it then I go down the list and I'm usually happy with what I get. I must admit though....I am partial to AKV. We love it there! But, mixing your stays around to other resorts is key!

We are excited to stay at 2 new resorts this year. That only leaves VWL for us left to try on on property.
