Can you believe it....After 15 months of waiting it's almost here. It's kind of crazy, but planning and waiting for this trip has seemed as if we've been planning for a wedding.

Are you staying at the Dolphin? We were on ME yesterday and there was a sign for the Swan/Dolphin. We asked and they said ME does run to S/D. Might be a (free but annoying) option.

We had very little waits for anything at AK, including Everest.

I pulled my wedding off in less then 6 months, full Catholic Mass to boot!

Well we were supposed to be landing in Orlando right about now, but, we are back at JFK.... About 10 minutes after takeoff, the pilot came on and told us the plane had engine trouble and he had to turn around and land the plane back at the airport. Needless to say, we were quite upset and nervous. He landed the plane successfully, and we had many cars from the NYPD and Fire Dept trucks waiting for us to land

We have now deplaned and are waiting for them to get us on another plane.
Thank goodness we didn't have anything planned for today, as the day is shot.

I'm just hoping that we get on the next plane soon and get there safely.
NOW I need a drink.

Just ironed my clothes. I know that things will still be wrinkled, but hopefully not nearly as wrinkled as they were before! They were looking pretty bad...

I rethought some of my initial clothing choices. I'm not bringing both black dressy dresses. I'll save the dressy one for dress up night. I'll wear one of the other more casual dresses for Palo night. I've got plenty of skirts and tropical-esque dresses for the other nights.

My dog is moping around because she saw me packing the food for her visit to "grandma's", boy does that pooch know how to lay on the guilt!

That is why I took my dog to his vacation destination yesterday so I could pack in peace - the guilt kills me.
