This will be our first trip to DL so I have a lot of questions. I booked a concierge room at GCH using our DVC points and I recall having read on the resort boards about WDW Concierge staff contacting guests prior to their arrival to make Dining reservations and such. Does the GCH staff do this as well or should I plan on making those arrangements myself. I have read about the Craftsman's club but what other benefits are their to staying at the concierge level over a standard room? Since we are using our DVC points we thought it would be nice to splurge, but I guess it would be even nicer to know what we are splurging for.
