First Disney Vacation

My family and I are planning our first trip to WDW in June. We have 2 boys 11 and 7. Which DVC resorts would offer the best experience for our family. The boys love water slides. Which resort has the best slides for their ages?
Any suggestions would be GREAT!

All of the DVC resorts are great but if you can get reservations at the Beach Club Villas the boys would just love Stormalong Bay. It is a wonderful pool with a great slide. Have fun and let us know where you decide.

If you haven't made your reservations yet, you may want to get going on that immediately. We made our Beach Club Villa reservation for this June in July 2009.

Another vote for Beach Club Villas! The Beach Club has without a doubt the best pool on property, and it also houses a fun ice cream/burger shop which would probably be a great hit with your kiddos. The Beach Club Villas are very popular, though, and you might have trouble booking a room with points for a June, 2010 vacation. Happy planning!

Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas would also be fun for boys that age. It's rather unlikely to get the Beach Club at this point for June (unless you're renting from someone, or doing a cash reservation) - but it's certainly worth a try. You can have a fun, lovely vacation at any of the resorts (just don't get caught up in the "if-onlies" about features at another one that you weren't able to get into). Most, if not all, of them have a fun waterslide (for non-DVC, Coronado Springs has a good slide). There are a lot of other variables about what would be a good choice for your family.
