First Disney Table Service

Hello everyone!
Big Disney fan here, but DH... not that much :/
So far,we've only eaten at quick service places and kiosks. Although I like the food I've already tried, DH is less than impressed and commends universal studios' food, in comparison.
I'm working really hard on making him more of a Disney enthusiast and I guess great food is a way to do that.
Do you have any suggestions of a table service / buffet style restaurant that would possibly sweep him off his feet?

Try any of the signature ones, Jiko, Citricos, California Grill, Narcoosses, Yachtsman Steakhouse, all great

Artist Point...expensive but we have loved it each and every time we have visited.
