first disney cruise Fantasy

My family and I are going on our first Disney Cruise We're going on the Fantasy and leaving this Saturday. We have two young children 4 and 21 months. I was just wondering what activities can my 21 month old participate in and if they have water wings, or vests to use on board for the pools? For the kids

I don't know where your 21 month old is in training, but non potty trained children are not allowed in the pools. On the bright side, there is a "splash zone (Nemo's Reef) " for littles near the main pool that is well themed and looks like fun!

I believe I saw life vests on board to use the last time I was on board-I'm sure someone with younger children can confirm.
