My family (husband and 4 yr daughter) are booked on March 20th 4 day Wonder! We are so excited! This will be our first cruise ever and we dont want to miss anything!

Any veterans out there that could help us out on what the best things to do would be great!

Also, we are flying in on the night before the cruise (19th), any ideas on where we should stay? Any other Wonders out there flying in the night before?

Whoweeeeee!

Lots of things to do.

Since it's your first cruise - I would try and get to the port by 11am. Get checked in, look around, show DD the model of the ship, then take her outside and show her the real deal. The characters come out for pictures. There are a lot of comfy couches and tvs showing Mickey cartoons.

Sign DD into the clubs while waiting in the terminal (if its available). You will want to go visit the club with her after you board the ship.

Be sure you go to the shows in the Walt Disney Theater - Disney Dreams and Golden Mickeys - great shows.

Don't be afraid to try new foods during dinnners. If you don't like something - let your server know and they will bring you something else.

Take in the shows that are between the dinner seatings - these family shows take place in Studio Sea and Wavebands.

Consult your Personal Navigator every day (night - the next days is delivered to your room the night before). Bring a highlighter - helps you keep track of the activities that you want to do.

Don't try to do it all - you can't!!

Sail away parties - they are fun for the entire family

If things don't go 100% correctly - don't sweat it - nothings perfect (you may get the impression here that all cruises go perfectly for everyone - but they don't) so go with the flow

and lastly....
Have a great trip!!

My only suggestion is to not plan too much. There are so many things to do that you can blow a schedule out of the water before breakfast. Just have a great time! Oh and always read through the navigator each night so you don't miss anything.

Definitely dine at Palo!!!! An extra special experience...Since you are lucky enough to go on a 4 -day as 1st cruise, consider dining at Palo on the last night...that way, you will be able to enjoy all 3 of the other rotation restaurants....I recommend making an early 6pm reservation....since Palo is a dine, and can take as long as 2 hours, you can then attend the 830 showing of Disney Dreams....then I recommend the incomparable "til we meet again" at 10 pm in the atrium....this is a special gathering, or meet and greet, with both the characters and stage show performers-not to be missed!!!
