Ok...my current plan is for plane to land 8:30..get to POR by 10...get to Epcot by 11.

I was planning on doing rides and circling epcot making it to akershus for dinner ressie at 5....

BUT...

should I swap and do akershus for lunch as soon as we get to epcot at 12:10 (only available ressie) then do rides and tour world showcase last?

Keep in mind...I have a 20 month old son and 4 year old daughter that wont be getting a good nap due to arrival day...hoping they will sleep on plane.

Any tips?

I think a park ADR less than 4 hours after your scheduled arrival with 2 small children is a bad idea. Too many opportunities for delayed flights, slow travel to the resort (are you taking DME?), slow moving/tired children once you arrive at the resort, getting to Epcot, the walk through Epcot to Norway, etc.

I think it sounds much more relaxing to to not have anywhere you have to be until 5. Gives everyone a chance to rest if you need it, and then it's not a huge deal if something doesn't go according to plan in the morning.

Yeah, that is a super tight schedule, particularly if you're not renting a car and depending on Disney transportation. I wouldn't do the earlier reservation, if I had a choice.

I agree with the previous posts - keep the 5pm reservation. You might find you just want to hang out and relax at the resort with the two little ones a bit after traveling.
