Here's what I have thought of so far that I should buy on our first day;

A small cooler to carry juice and water in the boot of the car
Cans of juice
Bottles of water
Some beer
Gatorade sachets to add to the water
Some snacks (chocolate and crisps)

We have a microwave in the room. Can anyone tell me any nice microwavable snacks you can buy there?

Anything else you can think of to add to the above?

We also buy
Nescafe Coffee and creamer, I will drink what is free in room but DW won't.
nesquik (is that how its spelt?) chocolate milk,
Cookies
3 or 4 2L bottles of diet coke/pepsi
Krispie Kreme doughnuts
Peanut brittle
Buy large bottles of water for coffee (about $1.49 for 5L) dont like tap water, its not like Yorkshire water.

sure there is more but thats all I can think of.

I'd definately stock up on the krispie kremes - divine!

Krispie Kreme doughnuts will make you fat Paul !! Don't eat too many !! :lmao:

I'd just make sure you have plenty to drink - that's the main thing.
You can get extremely thirsty walking round the parks.

Chewing gum ??? ........ the cinnamon is gorgeous.

remember to get zip bags or the plastic containers or the ants will lodge with you.

Walmart do big bottles like big milk bottles of lime, orange and another flavour juice like our diluted juice but already done, nice for the kids and big kids !

Don't start me off on Walmart Ali ! I love the place ......... could easily spend hours and hours in there. My DH just leaves me on my own to wander round :woohoo:

Okay, looks like Krispie Kremes are a must :)

Ali,

Do you mean for storing snacks and food in the room? Hmmm, good idea, never thought of that!

Cheers guys :thumbsup2

Oh, another thing. It's all very well having a shopping list, but I will need to find somewhere to buy them! :rotfl: If I remember right, there is a Publix on the same road as the Premium Outlets, right? Just at the other side of the I4 from Palm Parkway?

Oh one more thing. If im only going to buy a few things, do you think I would be as well going to the Goodings in the Crossroads instead? We wanted to head to DD for a couple of hours, all going well with the flight. It would be easy to nip into Goodings, then cross right over into the Disney area.

Or is it really such a rip-off that I should avoid it?

I reckon just the essentials, so for me:

Bourbon and large cigar from Duty Free;
Beer and lots of it, you'll get thirsty so you need to keep your fluid intake up!
Wine, in case the beer runs out;
Beer nuts;
Pork rinds;
Twinkies;

In the words of Gordon Ramsay, "Shopping, Done!" :thumbsup2

Don't forget Lays Crisps:thumbsup2
This must be the same Lays crisps you can buy in Europe? Yeah, thats the ones we would have bought anyway :thumbsup2

That would be great if it were open Wayne, ill need to look out for it.

Oh, and thanks for the Publix info. I managed to find it using the Virtual Earth program, so I even seen the route I need to take :teeth: Its weird to think that in 2 days I will be driving that very same route :eek: :thumbsup2 :woohoo:

I always wondered if Lays and Walkers were linked because they have the same or very very similar logos!! Thanks Wayneg!

How about getting some breakfast bread and things incase you sleep in one day or want to eat breakfast before you leave?

as our beer stop from airport will consist of
12 suitcases of beer
a couple of coolers for keeping beer cool
Some pringles to go with the beer
A 6 pack of diet coke(dont want bell boys thinking were alcos)

Im actually quite glad that I have the car, and so wont be drinking too much. I'll be much fitter for attacking the parks.

However, when you put it like that Paul, it does make me a little envious ;)

Btw, we are staying in LBV.
