Do you mean Food and Wine? If so, yes. Opening day is quite busy.

Perhaps they're asking about next year's festival.

OP - I was there March 1st and experienced no noticeable crowd increase over any of my other days at Epcot during my trip.

Sorry, I should have been more specific! We will be there thefirst day of F&G 2018 (so March 1, 2018). I'm also going to be there for the last day of F&W 2017, so sorry for all the confusion!
