hi all! just need some advice. me and my sister will be in wdw this coming august for her 15th b-day (65 more days!!!) if everything goes smoothly, we should arrive at POFQ around 11:30/12 in the afternoon. once we get everything settled, we will be off to MK, with an ADR at CRT right before Wishes. i need to know what i should bring in our carry-ons for our first day, seeing how we wont get our luggage from ME till around 3 or so. i do plan on leaving our bigger carry-ons and/or backpacks with the front desk at the hotel and taking an adequate bag with to the park (still looking for one of those). just not sure of what i should bring. any help would be much appreciated!!! thanks in advance!!!

Sunscreen
Sun glasses
Hat
camera
wallet ( money)
pins if trading
flannel lined tablecloth to sit on incase of rain!
small pkg of band-aid and moleskin
chapstick
batteries
water bottles!

I think this is it its what I have in my park bag everything I go!!

as far as bags pick something easy on you!! i have a disney bag that doubles as a purse! its actually insulated so it keeps my phone and camera from turning off in heat and my chapstick from melting! I keep purse like items only in it.

then for others I have a beach style bag with pockets so im not digging for sunlotion, etc!

You should put everything you'll need for the first 24 hours in your carry on - toothbursh, toothpaste, pajamas, bathing suit, change of clothes, sunscreen. Sit down and think about the things you use in a typical 24 hour period and write it down.

You should also put anything that's valuable in your carry on.

Just as a side note: If your ADR is at CRT before Wishes, get to Fantasyland early! The Hub is nearly impossible to get through before the show and during the show we couldn't even get past Casey's (everyone was at a stand-still and the CM was threatening to call the cops in and clear the area if people literally could not take one step forward). One of the scariest nights of my life - I have never been so claustrophobic. After experiencing that, I wouldn't chance it. Get there before the train shuts down and ride back there or get to the parks early and go to the back and don't venture anywhere near Main Street.
