First Day at School

I can't believe it Molly starts school today. She's in for afternoons this week and then full time from Monday.

She had a lovely time! She tells me that she didn't have any school work to do just lots of playing . The teacher and classroom assistant seem really nice and all her nursery teachers popped in to say hello.

I think it will really hit Dec and I next Wednesday when we are home all day without her

How many of us have said about our children i can't wait till they start school and when they do we miss them greatly .
How this tugs on the old heart strings of us mothers when we have to let them go & wish we had'nt said this,
If you think this is is hard wait till they want to leave home that's even worst
Treasure every moment with them no matter what the years will bring.
Glad molly had a nice time & hope she continues to enjoy it

It was my youngest's first day on Tuesday, she loved it. They are doing full days this week, but they have to be taken home at lunchtimes....just for this week. I'll try and get a picture up of her in her new uniform.
