First cruise! Who do I tip

We are sailing on our first cruise next month! We are sailing concierge and I am looking for a list of cast members/staff we should plan on tipping during our cruise? Thank you!

There's an auto gratuity added to your onboard account daily. $12.00 per guest (each person in your room) per day. That $12.00 breaks out to: $4.00 per guest per day to your room host; $4.00 per guest per day to your dining room server; $3.00 per guest per day to your assistant server; and $1.00 per guest per day to your head server.

Beverage purchases onboard (alcoholic or non) have a 15% auto tip added. And spa/salon service have an auto tip (I believe 12%).

Direct tipping would be in order for the Concierge staff, if you feel they did a good job for you. Also porters at the port, room service delivery person, and excursion guides/drivers.
