First Cruise...HELP!!!

I have been reading this board for about a month now and I just know that one of you experienced cruisers can answer my questions. I will be on the 3day land(Poly)/ 4 night cruise(Wonder) Sept.5-12. Myself, DH,DS12,DD11 what I am wondering is on the last day of the cruise do I still have access to the parks? I got the transportation package so the DCL bus should take us directly to the airport, however, our plane for Phila does not leave until 9pm. Can we kill time in the parks? Or, will the DCL bus take us back to the Poly where we can hang out and then take us to the airport? Also, I have a Garden view room at the Poly. I have been thinking about upgrading to concierge, it sounds like a lot less hassle to run in and grab some food instead of at the parks...is it worth it?? Please forgive me if I am babbling, it's just that as my username suggests... I CAN'T WAIT!!! I want this to be our best WD trip ever. Thank you for letting me into your forum.

To answer one of your questions. No you will not have access to the parks after you return from the cruise. You can make arrangements to have the buses take you back to the parks, but then you will need to arrange for transportation back to the airport. I would recommend either taking a taxi to somewhere or maybe renting a car at the airport for one day.

As Michelle mentioned you will not have access to the park, if you wanted to do a park that day you would need to pay the admission fee. Why don't you rent a car from Avis at the Radisson at the Port and, drive to WDW, spend the day doing what you want and then dropping the car off at the Avis location at the airport.

You can also spend some time in Downtown Disney to spend some time in the magic without paying for it and also finish up some last minute got to haves before leaving.
