pirate:This will be our first time cruising. Any advice for us? I booked a cat. 6, our room (from what I am told) is midship. How are the kids programs? Any suggestions on excursions?

Thanks,

Hi Welcome to the boards, you;ll find the answers to every question you ask on these boards and probably the answers to questions you never thought to ask,
my advice research, research , research and research some more, everyone on these boards has different opinions on the cruise , activities, food etc, but they are opinions and everyone is different so when you go , go with an open mind and fun in your heart and you'll have a great trip.
some other great resources are ********************** , there's links to other sites from there and lots of people use the passporters field guide to the disney cruise line, mine just arrived today so can't tell you about it yet but it looks good.

Happy Cruising

Cat 6, mid ship should be excellent, and very convenient as far as getting around.

On our first time cruising, we had never been to any of the Islands we were stopping at (7 day western), so we did not book any excursions, as we wanted to check the place out.

Which cruise are you going on?
