First Choice help

My sister and I will be flying with first choice to wdw on the 1st May. This is our first holiday on our own. The only thing that is worrying me slightly is what do we do when we get to Sanford Airport? We have booked a coach transfer to our hotel which is Port Orleans Riverside. Might sound silly but is there somebody waiting with a clip board to show us to our coach? do we have to go to a desk? Only ever been to spain and had a friend pick us up over there so we are unsure of how it all works.
Any info greatly appreciated!!

Sanford is a small airport. As soon as you leave immigration and customs, your straight through the exit doors. Just 25 yards across the road is another building, which contains all the british travel company desks and reps, all ready and waiting for you.
Sanford airport also has its own web site with lots of info.

we have just got back with first choice
when we arrived there was a first choice rep waiting just through customs
they asked our name and party number and hotel
then directed us across the road to the desk mentioned in the other reply
who gave us the bus paperwork just another few steps to the mears window
and away you go
very quick and easy
