First Bus from MCO

Does anyone know what time the first bus leaves MCO for the port? When I booked my transfers yesterday the agent said 12:30pm. That seemed kind of late to me. I was hoping to catch a bus around 10:30 or 11:00.

Officially, the first bus leaves at 10 am. IN reality, it leaves about 9:30 or as soon after that as it is full.

The busses leave WDW about 12:15 - 12:30 depending on the resort. That might be where the CM got messed up.
