First time staying at boardwalk villas end of September. Staying 1 bedroom Boardwalk view . How are the rooms are they worn. Where is the best place to request for the best View . I like being highest floor is that good or bad here. What should I request.
We usually stay kidani savanna and baylake theme park view. How will boardwalk compare . Thanks

The last renovation was around 2015. I stayed in a studio last November, it was fine. I always request high floor.

Request 3rd Floor or higher and you can avoid the solid wall in front of your room and that would be my primary request. (They might just give you 3rd floor because others request high floor but honestly 3rd floor is nice since you get a railing instead of wall plus its not too high so taking the stairs is easier).

Another option with a 1BR Boardwalk view is request x001 or x041 which would be 1BR without a lockoff so there is no door connecting you to a studio.

Personally you can't really go wrong with Boardwalk View rooms since if they are not closer to the lobby they are closer to the stairwell at the far end of the boardwalk so you can easily get down to the ground level taking the stairs and walk the length of the boardwalk.

we always do upper floors anywhere at BWV boardwalk view

Since there is only one elevator bank (with three elevators), we like ground floor so we can get to our car easily.

For a Boardwalk view villa, I'd rather have 2nd floor so I could walk out to the lobby and directly to the parking lot. From the 1st floor with a Boardwalk view don't you have to go up one to the lobby level? Or do you walk all the way down the hall to the corner between the driveway and the tennis courts?

Do not get the rooms facing the courtyard. it is a little loud. Higher up facing boardwalk is the best for fireworks. Lower floors hear people talking on BW all night. We like 3 or 4th best.
