First Birthday party ideas

I've been charged (by my wonderful wife, of course) with researching "something to do" for my daughters first birthday, which will be celebrated on Friday nite September 30th........in WDW.

No idea is too crazy to consider..........Please help me come up with something creative.........the cast will be my family, DH, DW, DS (3), DD (1). Also travelling with us, Grandma, Grandpa, and another Grandma.........we will be at the VWL for 12 days, from 9/24 thru 10/6 (if that matters)................

I know you guys are awesome, so let the ideas fly........

We ordered a 1st birthday cake for our son from Publix. It was a Nemo cake. They even gave us a special cake just for him. I'm trying to figure out how to get the picture to show you. You can click on the view pictures without signing in.
