First AP Trip in October or December

We'll be purchasing annual passes for the first time this year. Our plan is to make 4-5 trips throughout the year. We live in Utah and will be flying some trips and driving for others.

I am trying to decide if we should buy our passes and take our first trip in October (we attended our first Halloween party last year and loved it), or if we should make our first AP trip in December. We have never been for Christmas.

Which would be a better time to attend twice within our annual passes, Halloweentime or Christmastime?

Are you getting Deluxe or Signature? This year there are no blockout dates in Oct for Deluxe, there are some in Dec. Next year there is a greater chance of blockouts being added to Dec than Oct.

We'll just be getting signature passes. That's a good point- I hadn't really considered next year's block out dates. We would most likely aim for the last week in November, or first week of December.

Both are magical! I would do Halloween 2 times just because its my favorite time of year, but you cannot go wrong either way. Congrats on getting you AP!
