First Anniversary...help!

I need some help! We went to WDW for our honeymoon last year and due to some luck (I am a field hockey coach and normally can't travel in the fall) we have booked a last minute trip for our anniversary! Last year on our trip I surprised DH with personalized menus at Coral Reef and I would like to do something special for him, especially since this year has been a bit rough with trying for kids and then ultimately losing a baby after we thought we were safe. We are staying at Saratoga Springs for Columbus Day Weekend. What kinds of things can I do to surprise DH? I thought about switching to the Poly for a night, or maybe Animal Kingdom since that is where we honeymooned, but I am not sure. We are eating at Coral Reef again.

So all suggestions welcome!

I belive they have stopped doing this...someone correct me if I am wrong. You had to email the manager Debbie and she did it for you. It was neat and he was surprised!
