First Adults-only trip: any advice?

I will be heading to WDW for a three day long weekend very soon (so excited!!!) with 2 friends. We are all big Disney fans who have been to WDW several times with our familes. We are also all homeschooling Moms and are looking forward to some adult time

I am not very close to these women but we have a lot in common (besides our children) and get along well. But I am wondering if there are any Dos and Don'ts for a trip like this. We have agreed to do 2 days MK and 1 day Epcot and have made three ADRs at places we are all happy about, so the planning has been very smooth so far - maybe I am worried for nothing?

No - it is not that I am worried - it is just that I can't believe that I don't have to plan anything! I feel like I should be doing - something, I don't know what

Maybe it is this - we are all used to doing things our own way in Disney World and I am wondering if this might lead to some friction....but my list of must-dos is quite short so I should be happy no matter which way we approach the parks....

Any btdt advice?

i think if everyone is willing to make a few concessions, it will be fine. I'm a planner to the nth...but i think loose plans are very good if everyone is flexible.

Have a wonderful trip..sounds like oodles of fun!

Just did similar trip with a friend and a sister. We are all very different, yet the same.
Be frank about who is early riser, goes to bed early, showers at night / day etc.
I would each make a list of things you must do each park. Compare notes and then plan your days around it.
If you like to window shop, and others don't, arrange a meet up place.... give each other permission to have some alone time.

Allow for some solo-time each day. I go with friends from college every year, and it works perfectly. Even if it's only for 30 minutes when you go into seperate stores on main street.

I personally am a morning person. I wake-up, take my refillable mug fill it up, then find a chair pool side with my book and sit and read for an hour or so. We're not on top of each other 24-7, which is helps greatly with sanity.

First rule of adults travelling together: everyone has to agree to "let it go." You're on vacation and it's not worth ruining it by spending your time irritated at someone else of a small matter.

I also agree with the alone time post: you don't all have to spend every minute together. If one wants to go on Mission Space and the other two don't, split up and agree to meet up a little later.
