Good morning, though I'd get us started. Today I got in about 12 minutes of ab boot camp when DS woke up. Poor thing has got a cold. I've finally realized if I want to get rid of my belly I've really got to do abs DAILY. Yeah sometimes the light does dawn in Massachusetts.

Hi everyone! I ran 5.3 miles this morning. I think my legs are going to be sore tomorrow. Gosh, October already; the year seems to be flying by.

Woke up this morning and my left quad and right hamstring were sore. I decided to let them rest and did Upper Body Sculpt and the Abs and Stretch portion of Step Jump & Pump. I think tomorrow will be a LowMax day.
 
Got in taebo flex this am and some situps. What a beautiful October day it is today.

High Step challenge for me this morning. What an incredible workout. I know that Cathe fans say that the cardio is not long enough, it may not be but boy is it effective!!!!! I really like this workout.

Hi got in a cardio taebo workout and used some hand weights for some of the moves since I don't have the bands buttttt drum roll please just got a temp office job they pays pretty good so once I pay off some bills I'm gonna treat myself to some new dvd's.
 
Hey Firmies! This morning was LowMax; another real sweat fest.

I'll be gone for a few days. I'm going down to California to attend my grandmother's funeral. She passed away Saturday at the age of 92. She had 13 children, over 30 grandchildren, more than 40 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. I guess you could say I have a lot of relatives. :)
 
Norma I'm so sorry about your grandmother, my best to your family.
 
Oh, Norma, I'm so sorry about the loss of your beloved grandmother. She sounds like she lead quite the amazing life! I'm sure her children, granchildren, great-granchildren and great-great granchild (WOW!!!) gave her such joy and pride, and I pray that God gives you all the strength and peace you need at what must be an emotional time.

I just received another Cathe workout that I ordered. The terminator. Is she trying to kill people or what???? Norma, I recommend that you order this video. I watched it and WOW!! Not only that but these are some long workouts. The middle workout was an hour 22 minutes :faint: However it comes from Imax, cardio and weights and the boot camp workouts. Some of my favs! :goodvibes I can't wait. You all asked me to update you on the workouts I've ordered and so far I am pleased with the all! :teeth:

I did FIRM Body Sculpt last night and tonight I walked/ran for 45 minutes.
 
Hello everyone! Can I join in this discussion? I use BSS #2 and BSS#3. I am soon going to get #4 when finances get a little better. I also use a Lifecycle recumbant bicycle a couple of times a week.

Today I did 48 min of the Lifecycle.

Good morning everyone! I did Imax extreme this morning. Dummy that I am. So excited to do a new workout and bam!!! Cardio and weights plus Imax in one hit????????????? :earseek: :faint: I almost fainted too!!!!!!! Boy that was tough. But I'm finished with it and will do it again...........one day. J/K/ I'm feeling good and sore.

Today was a rest day as I went to work for 7am!!! I was the substitute gym teacher at the local junior high (now that was interesting) but boy I'm absolutely exhausted.

I powerwalked at lunch today in the park for 35 minutes. I also ran/walked for 45 minutes at the football field tonight.
 
Hello Everyone! I did Total Muscle Shaping today. I think I am going to have to get BSS4 soon. I would like to mix it up a little more. I've been switching between BSS2 and BSS3 since Jan. It's starting to get a tad routine. Does anyone have any of the Cathe videos? Have a great day! :wave2:
 
Angie, Funny you should ask that!!! I've been doing her more and more and more lately. Some of the other's around here have begun adding her to their workouts also. I've said we needed to change the name to include Cathe as we are all slowly being converted! I have been buying alot of her workouts here recently and preordered her newest series. I love the definition I see in my body when I do her workouts. Not just that, but I have lot's of energy and I have lost even more weight even when I wasn't trying. Try her beginner set, it's really a great addition to the firm.
