Firm,Taebo,Cathe and whatever Thread

I've noticed that our numbers have dwindled. Do y'all want to continue with just the 3 of us and occasional updates from Kim and Tracy?

This morning was Muscle Endurance. I am trying to work out really hard for the next couple of weeks. I have some surgery (nothing serious) scheduled for the 28th and I won't be able to exercise for 2 weeks. I'm so worried that I'm going to lose some of my strength and cardio gains.

ETA: sheree', you posted while I was writing. I'm so jealous of your trip to WDW next month. :) I love WDW; unfortunately my family doesn't feel quite so strongly about it so I can't go too often. You are so organized to already have your Christmas shopping done. I haven't even started.
 
I was feeling good on my run this morning so I extended the run to 6.9 miles. My tired glutes and quads are now questioning my decision.

Took DS out for his first driving lesson today. I wonder how many gray hairs I acquired. :confused3
 
Got in some taebo bootcamp this am. I used some weights because I didn't have the bands but again all I can say is that is one tough workout with the bands.

Norma, I haven't had grey hair since I discovered dye!
 
I did muscle endurance this afternoon. Great total body workout!

Wow two days in a row! Got in Total Muscle Shaping with Stephanie from BSS3. With the transfirmer these BSS3 workouts are so much better than when you needed to use that awful box. I can't believe how much better my mood is having been able to work up a sweat again.
 
I know, the transfirmer does make all the difference!!!

I did High/Low Intervals from Imax extreme :earseek: :faint: I actually had to stop and walk it out a couple of times. I think she designed that workout just to kill me!!!! I feel really good right now though. I'l let ya know if that feeling lasts!!!!!

Good morning everyone! High step training for me today. I don't knwo about the rest of you, but making time to workout with thanksgiving coming next week is getting harder and harder. I just found out I have more company coming next week!!!! :earseek:

Hi all! Yesterday was a rest day for me. My legs are glutes were still tired from my long run on Sunday. Today was Cardio and Weights. Unfortunately, I'm feeling a little low on energy today.
 
Well I'm exhausted from eating that second bag of goldfish!
 
Did the taebo bootcamp again this am. Boy when I get those bands are these gonna be tough workouts.
 
IMAX2 for me this morning. Did the entire workout on an 8" step. I'm undecided whether it was a good idea or not. On the one hand, it made the workout more challenging; on the other hand, my knees are feeling a little achy.
 
I went for a walk today. Decided to give myself a break from all that heavy Cathe, but you know me, I'll be back on it tomorrow!!!
 
Complete Body Scu;pting with Christa Riley this am. Again I'm so amazed how much better these workouts are on the transfirmer. But she really has a soft voice and hard to hear over that annoying music.
 
Good afternoon everyone!!! I did Hardcore extreme workout #3 today. Killer, killer workout. Tired and my legs hurt. This Imax 3 sure does have a lot of jumping!!!!

I did Muscle Max this morning. Great total body workout! My right knee is still bothering me from yesterday's workout. No more IMAX2 on an 8" step.
 
Hi everyone. I needed an easier, non-Cathe day, so I did Fat Blasting Cardio and Express Cardio. It was nice doing a Firm workout again.
 
Good evening all. More walking for me today. I'm gearing up for another long workout tomorrow morning. Plus I exercised playing my kids dance game. Have you ever tried one of those things!!! They will kill you keeping up with them darn games!!!!

I'm still here! :goodvibes Sorry I haven't been keeping up on posting as much as usual. We've had a lot of family things going on and I haven't been on the boards as much.

Today I did a 45 minute weights workout. I have to admit... I like weightlifting better than cardio so I tend to gravitate to those workouts more. Hopefully, I can get a couple of good cardio workouts in this weekend. :cool1:

Keep up the good work everyone! I'll have to throw a Cathe DVD in soon... we're going to WDW! :teeth:
 
Hi guys I had every intention of working out this am but it was my first night at the local movie theatre and I was on my feet for 7 1/2 hours. Walking back and forth, back and forth. I was so tired when I got home I fell right to sleep.
 
I, too, had every intention of working out this morning, but TOM arrived and I have cramps and my knee still hurts and I'm still grumpy and . . . (insert any plausible excuse). Hopefully, I can run tomorrow.
