I read on this forum that a few people work out and like the Firm tapes. I usually like to work out outside but the weather has been awful! Ice, snow, rain, repeat. I am going stir crazy and want to do something.
I went to Target yesterday and they had a few Firm CD's. I am confused and hope that someone can answer my question. Which firm tape is the best. Do I need to purchase any other equipment. It looked like one tape was a step tape but I'm not sure.
I am open to other suggestions for workout tapes. I want something that has a pretty good cardio workout. I think about joining a gym but most of the time I want to be outdoors. I am hoping to not have to join a gym that I would only use in the winter.
