I'm guessing you mean "restaurant."
However, there are no restaurants with a view of the fireworks at DHS.

Dessert parties and dining packages will get you preferred viewing for Fantasmic and other nighttime shows.

You basically just have to be somewhere in front of the Chinese Theater, so that you can see the projections.

Do you mean the night time shows on the Theater and ToT, or Fantasmic?
For Fantasmic, you can do a meal plackage or FP to get a reserved seat. They tend to be better than the standby seating, but non ie bad. Even with a package or FP, you will need to be in line 30-45 minutes early.
For the fireworks shows in the Theater, there are dessert parties to get reserved seating. We have just done unreserved seating, (find your own space) and always been able to find a good place to view. If you will be there during an extremely busy time, the reserved seating may be the better option.

For the Star Wars fireworks, the best spot is in front of the Chinese Theater. There are a lot of projections that are shown on the front of the theater and the 2 buildings on either side of it. It's always been easy for us to get a good spot.
There's also a nightly projection show on the Chinese Theater called "Wonderful World of Animation" that's pretty good too. It's usually shown just before or just after the Star Wars fireworks, so we will watch both shows from the same spot.

And if you're talking about Fantasmic and not the Star Wars fireworks, then you need to watch that from the Fantasmic theater.
