is there fireworks every night in DLP? where is the best place to view

no, there are no fireworks at DLP now until the beginning of November for a few days only, then New Years Eve is the next fireworks show. Apart from that, there are fireworks for St Patricks Day and St Davids Day in March, and then nothing until around Bastille Day in July, when you then get nightly fireworks for 6 weeks in high summer season, until the end of August.
