Fireworks viewing from Plaza Inn?

The dining package for Halloween Screams has piqued my interest. The description of the viewing area is "the north patio at Plaza Inn." Would you be able to see the castle from there? Seems like I remember lots of foliage around Plaza Inn.

I saw someone mention on another thread, maybe Oogie Boogie Bash thread, that the view wasn’t that great. I’ve booked it and will wait for reviews before I make a decision to cancel or not.

I booked it also, I'm hoping to see some reviews before my date and will keep/cancel based on what I am hearing. Having a place to sit is very appealing.

Sounds like we all booked and are playing the waiting game. I did see a couple older YouTube videos that made the view from Plaza Inn look not so great, you could only see the top of the castle and there was a really obtrusive light tower in the way. I'll be anxious to hear some more current reviews.

I believe they did something similar for Fourth of July fireworks this year so maybe you could search out any reviews of that view.

I would not pay to watch fireworks from there. I wouldn't even do it for free.

I booked it too but will cancel if the reviews are bad. Are you seated at the tables for the fireworks or is it roped off area where you stand I wonder? I can get a bad view on my own and save $55 if that's the case. lol

We ended up cancelling and I'm glad we did as the fireworks were cancelled that night on October 22nd. Plus, the weather wasn't the best, we got rained on some so couldn't imagine sitting out there at the table when it's wet.

So this weekend is the last time for Halloween Screams and since my bf has never seen them that I recall ( maybe at MNSSHP in 2018) I decided to watch some youtube videos and set up dining alerts for it for this Friday. Got spammed with alerts yesterday so said..why not. While I know from the videos and reviews view will be obstructed , he is not a fan of overly massive crowds in one spot so feel this will be a great option and allow us to have a dinner "break".

I will absolutely repot back on this.
