We have an 8:35 reservation at Narcoosee's on a night when the fireworks begin at 10:15. We would prefer to not make the meal later. Do you think we'll still be eating when the fireworks start?

Yes and if not, you'll have JUST finished and can take a stroll out to the wrap around deck. We always end up being there when the fireworks go off mid meal. Your server will suggest when to enter your desserts into the computer in case you want a break to go out and watch them.

Nothing like taking your drink out to the deck with the music piped in over head and watching the fireworks across the water.

Just an FYI. There was no music playing for us last week. Not sure why. The TV says Wishes but it's now happily ever after!!

We were seated a fair bit late both times we ate there last trip and our lovely server checked whether we wanted to go outside to watch the fireworks so she could hold our food back if we wanted to. I think you'll be fine for time!

It depends on several factors, but the servers are well aware of the fireworks and will communicate with you about it. If you are seated in the window and prefer to watch from your table you can do so, or step out and watch from the outside walkway. Regardless, your server will accommodate. The majority will walk outside and watch when the fireworks start.

The timing of your meal is most determined by things like how many courses you order, and how long you take to eat them. The normal seating times would not deviate very far from your ADR time. Whatever course you are at when the time begins will be handled by your server. Sounds like it might be after entree, which should work out fine, or if before entree (because you had cocktails and appetizers at your leisure, etc) then the servers will hold your entrees until fireworks are over. Remember, they do this every night lol!

Yes. Arrive a little early and ask for a table by the window or call WDW-dine and out in that request.
Enjoy. We dined there in May and really enjoyed it!

I also have a reservation at similar time for Narcoosee's. Last time I saw fireworks during dinner was California Grill on roof top of CR.

Just an FYI. We had the perfect dinner, at the perfect time for fireworks, at THE perfect table at the window... only to have people who did not have a good table stand on the wrap around porch directly in front of us blocking our view. And they were fully aware of us. So I'd recommend enjoy your meal at the time you want & then watch the fireworks from the porch, or the beach, or the boat dock, etc...........

I've done fireworks viewing meals at 'Ohana, Narcoosee's, and California Grill. At each of them we had a great table, but after our experiences, to me, it should be about the meal first & the fireworks are just an added bit of fun. None of the three were excellent experiences & "on paper" we had the "perfect setup" at all three.
