Fireworks Viewing at California Grill

The only time I could get for CG is 9:40. Will they admit us early so we can watch Wishes at 9:00?

You can try but it's not likely, especially durring the more crowded times of the year. Also, personally, the view of Wishes is best from MSUSA. If your going to be in MK that day or have hoppers, your better off just watching from there then walking over to CR after. You'll have plenty of time.

I agree that you'd be far better off viewing Wishes right on Main Street, then turning around, heading out the exit, and take the walkway (to the immediately left as you exit, following the monorail beam) to the Contemporary. It's a 5 minute walk, and you won't have to wait for a monorail.

When you get there, take the escalator to the second level where the California Grill check in desk is located. You'd have managed a WAY better view of the fireworks and none of the hassle. The restaurant will be much quieter for you because people who stayed for the fireworks will be leaving.

They let us watch them from the roof of the Contemporary during our meal. I can't see how if you were waiting at the bar they could stop you from heading out there to watch as well.
