Fireworks time for May 4th LTM?

I don't mean the acronym I mean Limited Time Magic. It is not well publicized at all.

That's a list of every one so far. I saw you said you went late Feb/March for 20 days. If you missed the True Love Week one at MK I can see how you missed Limited Time Magic. They are advertised in the Times Guide at the top. Unless you physically passed the event, you had to likely see it there to know about it. They are all posted the Friday before they start on limitedtimemagic.com and I know we usually discuss them here on the Disboards. But otherwise- they never are really promoted too big other than on the Disney Parks Blog and the Times Guide.

So, assuming we are able to make it into the park in time, where is the best place to view the fireworks? Will the hat be the centerpiece, as the castle is at MK? I've never seen fireworks at DHS before so I have no idea where they're shot off.

Laura, I've never seen them either. Think I might post a thread about it asking where they take place and where they can be seen. Maybe we could even see them from outside the park if we're cutting the time close.

Back when they had fireworks at MGM (pre 2000 IIRC) it was over the replica of Grauman's Chinese Theater where the Great Movie Ride is. That doesn't mean that's where it will be now though

I saw these fireworks when they were shot off in 2010 at the Last Tour to Endor private party at Hollywood Studios (For Celebration V and the closing of the original Star Tours). The Hat is the best viewing place. You could watch on Sunset Boulevard but I believe they have to close some back areas ofthe park for the ashes for a bit (like at Magic Kingdom). I'll be watching from the hat. If you don't mind spoiling yourself-it's on youtube, and those are taped from in front of the hat, so that's what you can expect.
