As part of a special trip, we are taking a VIP tour Friday October 11. We would like to see F! and fireworks... but would it work to do it the other way around? Could we get between the two sets of seating in time? We are only in the parks Thursday/ Friday so won't get the chance to stake out a great spot to see fireworks on another day.

Are you trying to watch fireworks from ROA after the first show? They allow standby guests to enter the dining package area just after the first Fantasmic show. I don't know where those standby people line up to be let in. After fireworks, everyone needs to exit the dining package area.

First Fantasmic is 9 pm - 9:27 pm
Fireworks start at 9:30 pm (approx 15 min)
Second Fantasmic is 10:30 -10:57 pm

Fireworks with projections can be seen from several areas in the park.
1. The Castle
2. Main Street
3. Small World
4. Rivers of America
5. Star Wars Galaxy's Edge

The castle is the most difficult as people start gathering a couple of hours before the fireworks show.
Main Street can get crowded, but it holds a lot of people so you might be able to stake out a spot
Small World is less crowded. When looking at Small World. the fireworks are to your left. It would be tough to get from Small World to Rivers of America for the second Fantasmic show.
Rivers of America - projections are on the water screens. Views are good from the dining package areas. Views can be obscured by trees in standby and RB Premium dining.
Star Wars Galaxy's Edge - no projections. Star Wars themed music.

As a part of your tour? If so have you asked VIP Tour Services if it’s possible to see both? Since they have to escort you, you’ll have to ask them anyway.

If you watch the first Fantasmic! show in the VIP seating area, you'll just stay there to watch the fireworks. It's not ideal fireworks viewing, but the convenience can't be beat and they do have special projections and effects right there as well.

If you have VIP viewing for the fireworks there are a couple of different places they could put you (in front of the castle, to the east of the hub, or in front of Small World), but with any of them you should have plenty of time to make it from there to the VIP viewing area for the second showing of Fantasmic!.

You should have plenty of time to see the firework at the castle/main street before heading to Fantasmic.

Request reserved viewing for Fireworks as part of your VIP tour when booking as your first choice (reserved viewings can be after your tour has concluded).

Also make the request with Guest Services for the later F! reserved viewing as well...have heard of some folks getting two in one night...but even they don't reserve it for you ahead of time ask your guide the day of as the latter F! show reserved viewings are often pretty empty and the guide may be able to make some magic happen and get ya in there as well.
