Fireworks Show same as 2006?

We took our first trip June 2006 and the fireworks show was the best I have ever seen.
We are going back June 2008 and wanted to know if it was the same show yet.

Also Fantasmic was down because of the POTC Premeire, can you watch Fantasmic and the fireworks show from the same area or do you have enough time to move to another area?

Well I went last June and the fireworks were the same!! I agree with you.......they are the best ones. Even over Illuminations IMO! So much so, that I consider them my highlight of DL!! Next year in April or May I will be going again, and they better still be around!!!

I'm also going next month, but they change them to the Holiday fireworks. This year they should be even more fantastic, cuz the castle is getting a huge snow covered, optic light to music makeover!! Oooohhhh! I can't wait to see that!!! Over on Micechat, they have pics of the makeover in process!!

To get the full effect of the fireworks, you should be in the hub. Fantasmic is shown in the Rivers of America area, by the PotC for the best seats. These are in totally different areas, if you can't remember. If you are going in June, I'm sure that there will be 2 showings of Fantasmic. See the first show, and then scope out a spot for the fireworks. Or do it visa-versa, if the time slots are too tight.

We find it best to watch the fireworks from Main Street and then rush over to find a spot for the 10:30 Fantasmic. This works if you don't mind not sitting right by the river. The second show is usually less crowded, so we've never had a problem finding a decent spot after fireworks.
I believe the fireworks start right after the first Fantasmic show, so you'd have to watch them from that area of the park if you went to Fantasmic first.
