Fireworks schedule

We are in Oregon and had spring break the last week of March last year and it was pretty busy. They were running their full schedule though if I remember correctly. We had a great time and would not hesitate to go again at that time of year. I hope they end up having fireworks for you!

But last year Easter was Sunday, March 27. DL's "peak" Spring Break was March 18-April 4. This year that'll be three weeks later.

I think the increase in peak pricing is a positive sign. Everyone should know by the end of this month. On the plus side, those going late March should have better crowds than those going mid April. The caveat being no one can predict crowds these days, it's all over the map.

Sorry, yes, my main message was directed at the comment that other states have their spring breaks the end of March. We are one of those states, so that timeframe in March is pretty busy whether Disney considers it peak or not. My fw schedule comment should have been separate as Easter Sunday did fall during our trip last year which most likely did impact their entertainment schedule

OP- I do still hope they plan weekday entertainment for you even if unlikely! We just returned from a non-peak trip and I hadn't considered the lack of entertainment on weekdays when planning our timeframe. We got lucky and were able to see the fw and electrical parade on Friday night, but have had trips when the fw were cancelled all but one night and have learned to try the first night just in case. So much fun to be had though no matter what time of year we go. We are big on fireworks and parades though, so I understand how disappointing it can be to not have the option.

We're much bigger rides fans than parade/fireworks funs although we do enjoy them. Our first trip to WDW the only fireworks we saw were from the monorail. No parades that trip either. Last year by fireworks time, we were exhausted & watched from our room a couple times. Not sure how people do ropedrop to fireworks, too much for me.

We leave mid-day and take a nap!

Even just a little downtime, and a lay-down in bed helps. We don't always get to sleep, but the rest time definitely makes a difference.

Since our hotel is close, we may have to consider it. At WDW, the room never seems close enough to bother.

Fireworks will go to a 7 days per week schedule beginning Friday, March 24.
The end date is not yet known.

We will be there Feb. 28- March 2nd which is mid week. Sounds like there is little to no chance for fireworks correct?

Makes me sad...no fireworks for us unless we get in early enough on Sunday and then I would have to add another park day.
